Duties of a Trustee.

As Trustees we owe fiduciary duties to the beneficiaries, these include:

• Duty to abide by the Terms of the trust

• Duty to Loyalty, to act in the best interests of the beneficiaries

• Duty to Manage the Trust Effectively

• Duty to Act Personally, with honesty and care

• Duty to Consider the Beneficiaries, acting impartially, investing wisely and preserving the trust property

• Duty to Account, keeping accurate records and explaining decisions
