Zoe Phillips Wins Highly Commended Paralegal of the Year at the Modern Law Private Client Awards 2026.

On the evening of July 1st 2026, we attended the Modern Law Private Client Awards night at the beautiful Coombe Abbey. While there, we were delighted to discover that our Employee of the Year, Zoe Phillips, won Highly Commended Paralegal of the Year.

Earlier in the year, along with her award within the business, she earned her promotion to Senior Associate. Zoe is confidently developing and navigating her career in the legal services industry.

Originally, she came to Fidelis Legal Services, having applied for an administrative role. We recognised the raw potential in her and are pleased to say that we were correct in offering her the initial role of Legal Associate. Quickly becoming a valued member of the team, Zoe has brought her warmth, skill and efficiency to the role with confidence.

This was her first nomination for a non-inhouse award, and we are all very proud of her being both shortlisted and winning Highly Commended. We can say that it is well-deserved as both colleagues and clients always have something wonderful to say about her. At Fidelis, we encourage employee development and it is pleasing that we see Zoe recognised for her hard work.
