Zoe Phillips named finalist at the British Wills and Probate Awards 2026

Zoe Phillips of Fidelis Legal Services shortlisted for One to Watch Practitioner in the British Wills and Probate Awards 2026.

We're excited to announce that following Zoe Phillips' recent Highly Commended award, she has once more been named a finalist for an award. This time it's for the esteemed British Wills and Probate Awards 2026. Zoe is up for One to Watch Practitioner of the Year, and we are confident that she completely embodies this.

In a previous post, we mentioned that Zoe originally came to us for an administrative role. As you may have seen, we recognised amazing potential in her and she is now a highly respected Senior Legal Associate. Both in and out the office, she is the go-to person to answer any queries and often takes on cases not originally hers in order to fix them.

Before coming to Fidelis Legal Services, Zoe worked with youths and young adults which is where she developed her extraordinary skills with people, especially in vulnerable situations. She brought this with her into her current role, where we witness it contributing to her exceptional rapport with clients who have nothing but praise for her. Our clients, who have been suddenly faced with the daunting process that is Probate, are often facing some of the toughest times in their lives. However, they can often rest assured knowing that Zoe is on the other end of the line checking in on them and working efficiently to ensure that the process is as smooth as it can be.
