Dale achieves first STEP Certificate.

Fidelis Legal Services are proud to announce that Senior Compliance Associate, Dale Adams, has achieved the STEP Certificate in Trusts & Estates.

As part of our commitment to staff development we are mentoring and supporting Dale through his STEP training. We have been an Employer Partner of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, since 2021, and Dale is our latest employee to start the journey.

Dale joined Fidelis Legal Services over five years ago and is achieving steady progress throughout his career. He began as an administrator but always had the goal of working in the Will writing department. As soon as a position became available, he applied, joined the team and was soon taking on more responsibility.

His most recent promotion, to Senior Compliance Associate, saw Dale take his interest in Estate Planning further, by starting his STEP qualifications. The STEP Certificate in Trusts & Estates is the first qualification available from the organisation and leads to further, and more detailed, options. Dale is currently assessing his options and is yet to decide on which route he will take.

“As with all training courses there are some elements which are more interesting and enjoyable than others.” said Dale on receiving his certificate. “I am happy and content where I am in my career at present. This allows me time to carefully choose my future training options and the direction I want my career to take.”

STEP is the global body for Estate Planning Practitioners and ensures best practice and high levels of knowledge and education. The STEP Certificate in Trusts & Estates provides a good overview of the sector, ensures a deep understanding of the practices involved, and an insight into English law.
