Helen Highly Commended at the 2025 “Probies”

We are delighted to announce that Fidelis Legal Services Director and Chief Legal Officer, Helen Claydon, recently achieved ‘Highly Commended’ at the 2025 Probate Industry Awards. Helen’s recognition came in the prestigious Probate Lawyer of the Year category and comes less than two months since she won Outstanding Business Leader of the Year at this year’s British Conveyancing Awards.

The Probate Industry Awards, affectionately known as “The Probies” were first contested six years ago and have grown to be highly sought after by businesses and individuals alike.

Alongside Helen’s success our sister company, Simpler Law, also came away from this year’s “Probies” with a Highly Commended. Simpler Law’s achievement came in the Will Writing Firm of the Year category and their recognition is well deserved.

Under Helen’s guidance our Probate Team carries out Estate Administration for hundreds of grieving families every year. By employing a Professional Executor these families are able to save the added stress of dealing with time consuming and challenging legal processes.
